Some of my most profound findings on this subject were confirmed when I actually dealt with fellow gamers (strangers) in an internet cafe where they behaved differently to me in person and differently in game chat (they knew it was me).

If you would have difficulty in changing a faucet, I think you'd be a prime target for getting ripped off by countless contractors.

I'm compelled to say that BP community will be my mentor to the finish line with its countless contributions on how to invest.

One other item I forgot to mention above but have done so countless times in other threads and it is an important one.

Finding a true mentor in this game really requires a great knowledge base to start from.  

I've got countless more hours of research to do before I'm sure that's my bid to success but my question is more about the financing of the investment. 

I have been involved in countless mold contamination projects ranging from mobile homes, to light commercial, to large and high-rise commercial, to educational environments (elementary through college level) since the early 90's.

I got a 55 lcd, a bose speaker, 2 thin ps3s, 35 games, 2x 25 inch 1080p hp computer monitors, and more tools than I can handle.....including a dewalt grinder and sawzaw, a huge bolt cutter, countless handtools, and a Freon manifold gauge.......the best however, was that by looking at one of the tool bags, he was braking into vacant houses and stealing (which some of my places have been subjected to).....now I get to steal from one of them, legally...hahahathe story improves from there though.
