:cry: new at this.....found a maufactered home that might be good for flippping....not sure....question is how to know :shock: ....the sqft price is really LOW, :D the location is GREAT :D ....but not sure if it has water damage...the carpet is wet :crying: ....what to do..... all other problems can be solved with paint or soap and water.....appreciate some insight .....
