And since Airbnb is becoming less and less cooperative with Hosts, the most recent issue (Airbnb stopped charging any cleaning fees on my bookings) cost me over $1000, so I was forced to drop OwnerRez.

He is son of my cleaning lady who has been working for me since 5 years and now this cleaning lady is also not responding. 

First, I requested an amicable parting of ways which the PM agreed to (multiple differences of opinion, cleaning issues, etc.).

Also find out if they have a move out list for you to check and what the expectations are (ie I expect any carpet to be professionally cleaned and want a receipt, over is cleaned, if you had a pet any poop in the yard to be picked up, etc).  

There are plenty of travelers that visit looking for a clean & affordable place just to rest their head at night.

Much of the time we find the resident has never cleaned the lint trap or are filling the dryer so full the clothes cannot tumble.

Additionally, you could also consider charging a higher security deposit in the case that you have to do any extensive cleaning of the property following their move-out.
