Is that enough to evict the pot smokers?

I am not in town often, being a pilot, but my new place had this awful cigarette odor that every time I walked in, just hit me like a wall of stinky smoke.

She can't afford her rent, yet she can afford alcohol and cigarettes.

I have a no smoking policy, but rent to several smokers who just smoke outside.Lack of rental references is also a problem.

Cigarette Butts in the ash trays, you name it, it’s done to the hotel/motel owners, and yet we aren't ask to pay the Hotel for cleaning it up afterwards We've paid them already to be a slob.

Do not under any circumstances rent to a smoker. 

Guy is ready to move in on completion, full ask, full deposit, no pets, no smokers.

Apparently the girlfriend is the smoker and isn't on the lease, it hasn't been 5 days yet so I plan on waiting for that.

Then it moved to the bunk beds, where it was on everything as well.The bathroom on that floor had **** smeared on the walls.The basement had puke in a food container that was pushed under the couch to hide it's shame.The interior porch had hookah and cigarettes on the floor, with burn marks on the tables, flooring, and chairs.The exterior porch had garbage strewn everywhere, from leftover food, to more smoking stuff, to shards of glass.Cleaners: "I'm not going in that garage, i think someone died in there" "What makes you say that?"

Very few places do and you could probably charge a premium and reduce turnover plus when someone leaves it’s not like you have to completely renovate it if you get another smoker.
