The first thing I ask is why am I Buying the property.I always look at the exit strategy first, is it going to be a rental, a lease option sell, am I planning on living in it.

My husband is a contractor which gives us a leg up in flipping, but we are also curious about diversifying and buying rentals.

After that, we are looking to buy maybe 1 or 2 more SFH this year.
