One thing to be aware of in Milwaukee is the wide array of neighborhoods and the difference in pricing that comes with each area.

VERY broad demographic mix - from homeless, meth-addicted prostitutes on up. 

The properties that did sell were sort of like 80/20: 80% went to two or three bidders, who seemed very experienced, and the other 20% went to an array of people who were there.

My point was that saying that there aren't any deals in Atlanta is way too broad and fatalistic a statement.
