Hi All,

I wil be relocating from California to Milwaukee.  I am new to real estate investing, and have been taking classes/reading up on buy-and-hold  vs. cash deals and how it all works.  Would love any insights into the market in Milwaukee, WI.

Thanks,

Heather

Heather,

Be sure to take a look at the Bay View area.  It is a trendy, yet affordable place to live in Milwaukee!  I just happen to have rentals in that area and have been very happy with the investment return, in terms of appreciation and cash flow.

Welcome to BP and to Milwaukee!  I have a feeling you're going to like it a lot.

Best wishes!
