Don't burn hundred dollar bills.

If you do happen to buy a property then you will most likely give up after you see your first property management bill come in.

The judges seem to be very pro tenant and seem like they look for any small error to throw your case out.

I always gave in for ease and the fact I had a physical number, but when you looking at the cost per fax it is exorbitant.Today I received an email that stated my service cost was rising to $160 and they billed me on the same day.... umm no!

It's the same as an airplane ticket or phone bill.

Pay for the subsequent tax bills for the following 4 years.

The Larger homes tell a different story, these are more expensive purchases but allow for large groups to travel together and more importantly for you,  split the bill together. 

For those of you that have properties with private pools, how do you compensate for the increased electric bill from heating the pool, or do you just absorb the cost?

@Elizabeth Naranjo, I have to agree with @Bill S., the reality is that most rehabs are done without permits. 

They stop paying anything from that point no rent and no bills.
