When I work with a realtor, I respect the realtor's time and do as much upfront work as I can by myself (newspaper articles in the old days, Google searches in today's world).

He call his renter to let him know a light was out on the front porch or stop and bring the newspaper or garbage can to the door. 

I would expect to be front and center in the local newspaper and probably national ones as well.
