How are everybody doing for bookings in the Blue Ridge mountains

Before I retired I worked with a developer that had an idea of creating a unique STR village on his property on top of the mountain.

I have been recently playing with the idea of purchasing a second home/vacation home near the mountains and have really gravitated towards CDA and other IDAHO areas.

The Oregon Coast is one of the few places on the Pacific that offers Ocean, Mountains, Lakes, Rivers and Dunes, often within a short drive or same vista. 

I'd also join Facebook groups for property owners in the Smoky Mountains- there are a few of them.

No money has been paid nor received as of this review on Oct 30, 2019.We trusted all these broken promises, but it is now Oct 30, 2019 and not one cent has been paid.The tables turned for the worse after we filed our Better Business complaint and posted negative reviews of Mario Robert/Bridgehouse online.

I equate this more to my Maltese yapping like crazy at my Bernese Mountain dog every time he comes within 10 feet of their food. 

Yep, this.I see so many properties with our clients in Denver and the mountains that advertise as "great for an STR" or "is a successful Airbnb," but in fact that municipality bans non-owner occupied short-term rentals or I know the STR license doesn't transfer to any new owner. 

But like I said that loophole has closed in my neck of the mountains, and it never existed on Vrbo.

Strong economy, a couple really thriving developing areas, the mountains.
