Your "awakening" in your experience probably came about by seeing some of the exceptions a direct lender may take, especially a non-banking entity if that's the case.

I listen to the BP podcasts religiously and they say that you have to target the same list over and over.

I had chosen this field in slightly before the "awakening" to get into property investment.

If someone is expecting another person to do the work for them and not have to pay a premium for it they are in for a rude awakening in this business.

wow, that's a new one on me. though I have seen ads on cl with those scams ran a time or two. they pour on some religious and save the children type act that they run somewhere abroad so they can't be there to show the property. hopefully there's no liable claims against you from those victims that actually sent monies....Kudos,Mary

I am an avid fan of Robert Kiyosaki and Grant Cardone and have more or less been going through their material religiously while maintaining a 50 hour+ week job and my own small operation of buying and selling on the side and going to school(psychology is a hobby subject though I have no interest in doing anything with the degree).

:-) If you haven't started doing this already, I recommend listening to the BP podcast "religiously"--including listening to the older episodes you can find in the feed.

Unless your bank has a great employee deal a broker is always your best option and a team member you will need in the future.You are young, investing and growing wealth is not a race and if you think it is you are about to have a rude awakening.

I just think you need to get a constructive awakening and stop winging it before even trying to wing it.Hope this helps.
