Sharing the same data source as everyone else means the lead is more likely to be saturated already.Finding unique data sources or just being on top of publicly available information could do wonders.

The guest typically goes to the curb ("public area") during the day to smoke, but I do now have photos/videos of them smoking definitively on the property (on the premises near the front door - not the "public" area near the street).

In Florida, you have to be a licensed RE broker to manage property for property owners, which adds thousands of dollars a year just to stay licensed: state required license fees, CE, insurance, Realtor dues, listing memberships, public-access office, etc.Additionally, property owners expect much more from PM's than in past years.

I’m seeing the people that thought they’d be further along than they thought, but work took a turn, or health took a turn, or they had family issues, or the economy hit harder than they planned for and they’re needing to get coverage later in life they didn’t expect to need.
