Does anyone have any insight on setting up a single member LLC for flipping properties rather than rental properties?

I commend you on setting a goal & believing you can accomplish it.

I had great professional photos from the onset.2.Hired @properties before I accepted the offer to determine if the area was viable for renters.3.

Each state has it's on set of acceptable conditions for offset and only the depreciated value of an asset is awarded; receipts, photos, documentation is also recorded by the court and the tenant is entitled to that documentation as well. 

I did close on the property and working on set up.

The muscle memory of working all the time (the american way) seems tough to unlearn. 

If you're wanting to develop, then flex those networking muscles locally and find the best trades that are hirable (many won't be since they are already booked solid with their go-to customers, but some newbies or some people who are a different part of their business cycle will have availability). 

It increases focus, releases toxins that build up in the body, helps blood pressure...... among other things : )I also do stretching as well which keeps the muscles pliable and from tightening up.When I run miles and miles or do the elliptical for an hour it clears your brain from all the other stuff.

If they were to go to the level of talking to the owner and working on setting up the deal, they I move on to splitting the fee.

Now we have been flip-flopping on whether we want to rent or sell..Two of our goals at the onset of 2020 were to first find a new home, and second rent this condominium.
