It doesn't matter to me whether the market is up, down or sideways, I'm still buying, and I'm also still selling, and have sold property every year for the last 30 years.For buy and hold properties, I'm looking for positive cashflow and won't buy other than that except in rare occasions when there is something else happening.

I've used Paypal before for accepting rent and I didn't have a problem but I have seen on many occasions online of horror stories of tenants filing claims on months of rent and getting refunded, leaving the landlord SOL, you can take the tenant to small claims but you may never see the money.
