They potentially will be commuting into the Detroit for medium-wage work.I can't tell you how many Residents, Nurses, RTs, Surgical Techs contact me for housing near the DMC.  

They still have a spouse at home also.If 'partner A' needs nursing home care in 10 years and depletes their personal funds in paying for it over a couple of years, and then the state pays for it. 

I'm a Nurse, currently in San Diego, and i'm also the COO of a Startup Company that's going to make the job search easier for nurses. 

Often I think back to starting college and getting the degree I have in nursing.

To avoid going to the property several times to show, I have decided to have an "Open House"  where all families can come view at their leisure (will be on this Saturday)I will have applications at the open house Here are some of the questions I have:Q1: During my telephone screening today, one guy said that they recently filed for bankruptcy. but his wife is a Registered Nurse and they have no children, no animals, and are not smokers. 

I would also add those who are moving into a nursing home or assisted living facility.

I have one nurse who has stayed 9 months and extended in 3 month increments.

While I agree with @Ryan Groene that an hour drive to the major metro puts you outside the idea commute radius, are there any major employers closer or more affluent suburbs of the metro area that need to employee firefighters, nurses, police, tradespeople ect..?

My wife is a physical therapist for a nursing home.
