I have so far invested in only one condominium unit in New York City.

Hey BP,I'm looking at a deal that consists of 15 'fractured' condominiums in a bigger complex of about 300 units total.

With the market changing I recommend looking more at townhouses and condominiums.

Pros: Appreciation, income from renting extra rooms, possibility of STR, MTR, or LTRCons: HOA fees, potential distance from work.Option 3: Invest in a Small Studio or 1 bed Condominium in Downtown Seattle and Use It as an Airbnb while traveling - Ensure HOA approval.

Looking to get some thoughts/opinions on luxury storage and garage condominium strategy for new development. 

I would like to send direct mailers to every resident in one particular condominium building but I do not know how to get this done and don't want to use a real estate agent.
