Buying Fractured Condos?!

Hey BP,

I'm looking at a deal that consists of 15 'fractured' condominiums in a bigger complex of about 300 units total. It's a gated community and the 15 units are spread around different buildings in the complex. Does anyone have experience buying and owning 'fractured condominiums' where you own soley some of the units in a bigger complex? I've never dealt with them and was hoping for some opinions. Thanks!
