However, it was essentially trumped by the statewide Tenant Protection Act (AB1482) that took effect on January 1, 2020.  

@Donald E Appleberry @Dan Heuschele I will definitely take your advice on the wait, since there is barely any townhomes or condos currently available in the SD market with a reasonable price tag.  

I took the 18 page report released by Trump's committee yesterday and summarized it below. 

Donald A. has posted some new builds around Oceanside recently for around that price (you are one of many SD type new buyer threads recently, do a search), and that is very close to Pendleton, but that is very north of town and not near PB or Gaslamp or Mission Valley or really anywhere.

But I also think that Trump would veto it.

I also have a lot of books from Trump, Grant, and a few others.I'm currently an intern at Five Pillars Realty Company, and plan on getting my license this summer to become an agent as a summer job next summer.

I'd suggest reading as many books and podcasts as possible, but in the end experience is going to trump all of that.
