The problem is that there are so many factors that impact the rate...credit score of the guarantors, Loan-to-Value, property type, citizenship status, etc...the list goes on.

This is a little detail our title company missed...We contracted a lawyer after incurring close to $60k in engineering fees (they did find a way to lift the restrictions through the DEQ), to see if we could make a claim agains the title insurance.

I am looking to connect with fellow agents, lenders, real estate lawyers, inspectors, title officers, appraisers, and contractors in the area.

Through “creative” “lawyering” a borrower can utilize TRO orders, pauper affidavits, state foreclosure laws, and bankruptcy filings to tie up any foreclosure 3 years or more.

Lawyers and plaintiffs don't only go after individuals/businesses with deep pockets4.

There are lawyers out there who I’m sure would love to find out about this.
