I highly recommend Ram board for protection over any visible areas, not just the brown paper.

I just finished reading Bene Brown's book "Daring Greatly" its about being vulnerable and its motivated me to write some blog posts that for some reason I have been reluctant to get out there. 

Robust schools (Brown, RIC, RISD, Johnson and Whales), development opportunities coming, etc,

It also tends to leave a brown "ring around the tub" on the walls near the ceiling.

Niche model would be student housing since we some of the top colleges in RI from Brown University, Rhode Island college and Providence College and many other ones not listed.   

For example if you told me you wanted a pair of shoes and i the contractor came back with a pair of payless brown velcro shoes i suspect you may not be happy.

The posts that @ Jeff Brown has written about flippers retiring has been a little backwards from what I think.
