There's plenty of companies who design and install for contractors for reasonable prices.

Instead evaluate the services you're providing and if your charge is comparable to other companies in the area.

I think I've been changing my 3 prong connection electric dryers to 4 prong for some many years now also.I should probably confirm w/my electrician company but at the risk of making another mistake, I'm about to press Post Reply...

I would like to have lower monthly payments should I make a big lump sum payment towards my principals and ask my mortgage company to adjust it or refinance it or which one is the best ?

Some transport companies have house kats that can get off the road and onto the site for an additional charge or you can hire a third party if the access from the road is limited.

I  took over a mature company that had an investor base that I think average age had to be 65 to 70..

It's like opening a coffee shop and only targeting 30-40 year old males working in HR =) That is, unless you're opening that coffee shop next to a giant HR company where most employees are 30-40 year old males.
