I do know that widows' SS can be given to a woman of any age. 

It was owned by a family I knew who sold the home to a woman in her 50s. 

Trying to put together the perfect mix of what a woman or family matriarch's needs would be.

A woman offered me $200k cash.

As I walked to the back of the back yard, a woman in the alley propositioned me.

I rented a house to an unmarried couple on a month to month lease (both signed)  The woman passed away and there was heated dispute between the man and the womans daughter over belongings.

I drove by the home and it look like an older woman that has really put her roots down. 

The elderly couple has recently passed away and the brother (who lives in Tennessee) of the woman has taken over the property.I’d like to approach him with a seller financing deal but want to have everything in order before doing so.

So when you find someone that is good and especially in the line of work you do, an HVAC tradesman, the painter, decorator, roofer, the Hazard Disclosure agent, a really good handyman/woman, etc, go out of your way to give those people referrals - they will be so appreciative it will come back as business to you.
