A leaky washing machine hose is nothing , Just basic home ownership .  

I'm interested in other semi-passive business like coin-op laundromats and car washes.  

The house is a triplex and is being nicely renovated inside and outside, but the property itself is an eyesore, as the parking areas are in bad shape, there is no grass, the dirt has washed away and the ground is uneven, and there is no fence.

And, if you're looking at a FL LLC your information is always available to the public anyway without a bit of machination so it's going to be difficult to shelter your identity that way anyway.  

You could become a full blow deal locating machine. 

Probably a wash in my opinion.

Just closed on one today :)Creatively you can get many revenue streams, advertising on the exterior, coin operated laundry, vending machines.

And For Brandon it would take him all day to drive and take a Ferry I can pick him up and be there in 30 minutes  .. got to love the time machines....
