My studies at my university are becoming less and less intense, meaning that I am able to dedicate more time to studying up on real estate practices and the habits of top agents.

Because we are heavily invested in the area, the city is bringing in thousands of jobs, and the University of Arizona is continually expanding, we were confident that homes would appreciate substantially over the next few years.

I knew my target market was the University of Maryland Medical Center as I observed people in scrubs wandering their way to the block adjacent to the block where I bought.

I am a 20 year old University student that has 1 year of experience in the business as a residential leasing agent.

During the day when it is warm it is more evident.

Lol well i guess so, it's a 3 unit building I figured that was the universal language for it.

For Cashflow, I invest near the University of Cincinnati, because I get the same rents you'd find in Hyde Park and Oakley, but I pay 50% purchase price of homes in said neighborhoods.
