Most investors I talk to focus too much on discounting the sales price to squeeze as much as they can from a seller. 

That said, while I never paid for any classes, I did meet other investors along the way that were doing what I was doing and learned a tremendous amount from them (and I hope they learned something from me.  

Insert worst place to get a home value (zillow, realtor, tax value)  says the house is worth X, how much of a discount should I offer off that?

Personally I always want my mentors or teachers to have a proven track-record in executing the exact strategy I am looking to learn, and I don’t discount that experience just because they are teaching (David Greene from BP is a great example).

The more we buy the better the discount gets so we are opening that up to other people.Best of luck!

I would have taken a discount of $300 to $400 and we both would win.I recently switched over to Innago and they accept credit card and AHC Payments.
