Renting out a 2 bedroom house is as easy as pouring water out of a boot with the instructions written on the bottom of the heel.Renting out houses to a really big group is more difficult because you need to find enough people that can get along with each other in order to stay there.I have a 3 story house with 4 bathrooms and 9 beds and it takes 3M talent to rent it out.  3M's are mechanic, magician and mindreader.Start with smaller houses and then work up to bigger ones once you have the demand for bigger houses.
