There is a large retail scene in Columbus as well, with big retailers such as Bath & Body Works, Victoria's Secret and Big Lots all having headquarters in Columbus.

Look at Dallas, the neighborhood, the street and the house.

There's the commercial corridor on Lancaster that will hopefully improve over time and be a benefit, and lastly, these are nice wide blocks with parking on both sides of the street and wide sidewalks so they feel nice and inviting and there's no drama on these blocks, very quiet. 

If it does not work I will likely try to buy it outright and a bit lower price and use Hard money.... 1 Bed / 2 Bath Condo about 900sq ft - Can NOT rent out unless owned for 3 yearsAsk: $225k (likely will try to contract for $215k) - place is in great shape.
