  $390 a month for 3-4 months is a lot easier to stomach than $650 for 3-4 months.TL:DR Always stick to 30 year mortgages (if you can) as they offer you the flexibility to pay it over 30 years or quicker if you so desire.

If you dont have the stomach for it get a part time manager at 10 bucks and hour to so this stuff;) Imagine paying a manager 50 bucks for his labor at 12 an hour andf have the savings of $390 in pocket or 840 if you would have spent that.

If I have 100 million I would buy it all LOL , for me if one can stomach negative DSCR this is even better way to go.
