Hoping to spark a conversation about why you felt that having each property under an LLC vs in your own name.

This allowed me to show the unit while they were still living there (in a much more presentable condition) and reduce my turnover time to zero.Hope this sparks an idea or two.

I listened to a BP podcast on here about mobile home park investing recently and it sparked my interest a little.

Morris has given you a spark.. however as others have stated his product that he is currently selling needs ut most scrutiny  most experienced investor won't touch it... he is playing to emotions and dreams..

I'm still working on finding my niche' but I have started to narrow it down to multi-family and single family rentals, even mobile homes have sparked some interest.

He shared some ingenious ideas and strategies, all of which have sparked a great deal of interest in me. 

I have seen these with my own eyes, the fall-out projected is scary, we are talking marshal law to contain unrest, mass casualties from the heat but then the unrest and riots.
