And now all the people who built those MacMansions on narrow streets with no parking, with 100 year old water and sewer lines and no sidewalks and no way to solve some of the flooding problems are the ones that line up for miles to get in and out of the Center during the Rush Hour.

Also I send periodic texts to remind them about things like disconnecting their hoses for winter or sidewalk maintenance, etc. 

We had our contractor walk up and down the sidewalk and scope it out and he gave us a best case/worst case guesstimate bid of 60k-80k rehab.  

Here are the potential numbers:Rent = $1400/monthMortgage = $959Home Equity Loan = $552Prop Mgmt = $140 (10% of rent)Vacancy = $70 (5% of rent)Repairs = $70 (5% of rent)I have a couple of big trees that need to be removed because they are causing issues to the back block wall and raising the driveway/entry sidewalk causing a potential trip hazard.
