So today the issue arose cause the other day they were served eviction papers I was out shoveling and the baby daddy comes out cussing and yelling at me so I told him to get of my property he refused I called the police and the dispatcher heard him being aggressive as I answered questions.

Is that modern bath vanity and light fixture NOW going to fetch you more than just doing the light fixture now and adding the vanity at the next Tenant turnover (and still offer a little modern flare to this tenant). 

If you are shoveling feces off the subfloor, I'm not sure any amount of Kilz is going to fix that.

The lawn is roughly the size of a postage stamp and I will need to shovel the sidewalk myself in the winter.The tony townhouse is 1970's tract-built garbage.
