C) If I want to gamble on consumer sentiment, which is what I consider all publicly traded equities, than I will at least gamble in an area with better appreciation potential.C is the biggest reason.

@Travis Frenchak......my sentiments exactly.... living rent free and knowing you can not evict them, they absolutely are calling the shots and have the upper hand.

Here is what I mean:I have been talking with real estate agents and they seem to have the sentiment that you should have financing lined up before you look for deals, but to apply for hard money you need to have a deal at the ready. 

Apologies in advance if my reply starts to ramble.I agree with a lot of the sentiment here that carrying BTC on the syndication's balance sheet doesn't make much sense for the reasonably foreseeable future.We're still very early on the adoption curve, so it seems highly likely that BTC will either fail or appreciate significantly. 

I'll echo the sentiments above -- keep it simple and setup your systems early. 

These can actually work if the seller get's a bunch of similar offers and is the sentimental type.
