I would appreciate any help on scouting out a location.  

I have even scouted the real estate apps and found potential properties for sale that I believe are undervalued based on comps in the area and potential for profit with renovations.

As a scout i deal with other guys that look for deals also. sometimes we share the finders fees but now they have brokers that want to get finders fees as well.

What do senior investors look for when scouting out new talent to groom ?

The company responded back and now I am assisting them in scouting leads they provide, taking pictures, and giving a basic report of the homes.  

Scout and vet the MLS properties I'm interested in and/or link me houses that fit my criteria.Advise me on neighborhoods and what price the house will rent for.

If you need some eyes to help you scout an area let me know, I love doing that stuff.

I'v done this a couple of times with my primary home (  i'll go scout out other markets or vacation) and others, they usually want the house furnished, blinds, etc..good companies to have in your back pocket
