@Nicholas Foy I’d continue using whatever methods you usually use to scour your target markets as frequently as possible and analyze as many deals as you see that might look like they’ll make you the cash flow or appreciation or whatever metric you are looking to achieve when you invest.

I’m investigating this line of lending at the moment having just relocated from Australia - my wife and I appear to be within the ballpark of income, so I’ve been scouring BP forums for all the super intel.

I have been scouring the MLS for cash flowing deals and have not seen much success. 

You can scour tax records to find sold/closed and all the websites out here for active comps.

Over the past month, I have scoured various forums on platforms like Reddit, Bigger Pockets, and YouTube to build an Excel file listing recommended contractors, plumbers, roofers, HVAC specialists, agents and more, as suggested by experienced individuals and investors.Despite the extensive research, I know that nothing surpasses firsthand experience.

I have a few books coming this week to get familiar with condos and have been scouring the internet and YouTube. 

I scoured BP but mostly saw people hiring management companies, I was having a difficult time locating many posts about having an in house property manager. 

Future homeowners that are independently scouring realtor.ca may put more stock in the description. 

And I've toured so many BB/Arrowhead homes, scoured AirBnb properties online to see their calendar's occupancy (and it looks like most primarily rent on weekends, while my PS property rents every day of the week).
