Just spent some time in a container today, reminded me of this conversation.

Remind them what's been happening to the holdings invested in Wall Street and ask them would they like a better, safer return secured by real property.Negotiate the best terms you can, of course.

I put a calendar reminder to ask about it in a week.  

Don't tell them that, but remind yourself of that next time you are feeling discouraged.

It reminds me of the house in which I grew up.
