Also, you do not know how to answer all of the questions that the PM can answer - polices, procedures, how to pay, etc.

I scan the forums every day, but I mostly ignore any threads that seem like a waste of my time either because they've already been fully answered, they're spammy in nature even if not explicitly against the rules, or they're just not something I'm interested in.

I’ll try to answer some of your questionsonce a note has matured the note holder has the legal right to call the note due - with proper notification to the debtor.  

If he's dragging his feet, it might be time to set a deadline for his answer and line up other options to avoid last-minute stress.

I just want to make sure it's put to use as best as possible.I'm sure I can ask where's the best place to put my money in re to 100 different re folks and probably receive 100 different answers but I am curious to what someone of your experience would have to say.
