The tenant wants to stay 2 weeks post closing in order to get all of his stuff out.

It’s more about the fun scenarios and balancing the landlord life without too much stress (unlike the real world).

So I saved you 5k and read my post above on why short-term rentals are a far better investment without the headaches of going to court to recoup damages or fight claims of being a slumlord (which by all accounts he is) 

its been a few days and this post has gotten a lot of feedback.

Not only did the investors lose their equity they lost their cash calls and all the stress that played out over the 3 or 4 years this went on.
