Would like a lender to finance (Hard money) lots in New Orleans in the 2nd position so that we can put up Modular Homes.

When I was in college(only a few years ago) I had several internship opporunities out of town and when I was considering internships in Houston, Dallas, New Orleans and elsewhere, I found places to lease for the summer on Craigslist.

had a case in upstate NY Orleans county.  

In 20 years, we never needed to call our insurance for that, however.We attribute that to NYC being in a sort of area where Natural Disasters do occur on rare occassions, but not as frequently as say, Houston or New Orleans, the Carribean, etc.

Get rid of any objects that they can sit or lean on.

I know here in New Orleans we can go online and get crime stats from the local newspaper.

not sure how it's done by you but in New Orleans when they get ready to auction off the sale the auctioneer will read off and let you know if there's outstanding balances.

People are still willing to live in New Orleans for some reason so I'm guessing people will be scuba golfing in FL at some point! 

Does anyone in the New Orleans area know a license engineer who can do this quickly, or better, just stamp my plans?
