We need to know bit more on how you plan to finance the whole thing before we can give you something with more substance 

We are just speculating on the upward moving of this market because the house price keeps rising and there are organic factors that support it so in a moment we think negative cash flow can gradually be covered by picked up rising rental rate, but i guess its not financially sound on this deal

With the proper learning it is a question answered organically.

Anyone familiar with this format or has had any luck converting it to something that is more organized or easily read?
