I would look into Deltona, Orange City, Eustis, Sanford, Lake Mary. 

All the easy fruit is gone and I do piss on myself because every property I bought and fixed up is worth millions today, should of kept one.

Starting to see that this path may not be a fruitful one to follow.

In 2016, my now-wife and I picked up and moved to Orange County, California.

Day night and all in between looking for ANYTHING that could be a red flag (gangbangers, graffiti, broken windows etc) When I see kids riding bikes, fruit vendors on the corner, you know its not super terrible. 

Ortega and Orange Park have a lot of military but also civilian families.
