I think that is minimal to non-existent.

We prefer to make good quality updates to avoid continuous issues but obviously want to keep the costs minimal.

A lot of people usually get started with house hacking it's a great way to get into real estate with minimal money down. 

Looking through listings recently I've noticed that a lot of them don't have dressers, and if they do you can tell it's mostly decorative because they don't look very useful (short/shallow drawers, minimal space etc). 

Furthermore, the difference in sale prices between houses with garages and those without was minimal.

I guess I could look at it as this would be a good opportunity to test my chops at something more challenging than a single family rental with minimal risk.

One last thing, if you are going to do this, this property needs to have minimal capex requirements right?  

Do any of you have any recommendations for a GOOD company that offers calling services, or a VA company I can hire from with minimal training needed while I am building training strategy for an in-house hire?
