I rent pet-friendly apartment and houses in not-so-nice neighborhoods mostly to medical workers: almost always nursing staff and housekeeping.Pittsburgh has a lot of old houses in its urban residential neighborhoods.

I'd add it. aging population, medical in demand.

Heck, I don’t even give it to medical offices to verify my insurance coverage and they figure out how to do it still.Also, I thank everyone else for chiming in.

I have medical, eye, dental insurance. 

It was before ObamaCare, I was paying for my own family medical insurance running me about $2,000/month and I cannot deduct it on my personal taxes, and deducted it under the C Corp. as an employee benefit. 

I am 36, with a degree as Medical Doctor, never getting into practice.
