Unlike Doug fir up this way were we clear cut and replant.. and growing cycles from the Cascades WEST are 60 to 100 years.. and they are ready to go again..

Self management is a great way to cut costs and help owners put more money back in their pockets and back into their properties. 

But if I count that as a lesson learned going forward they do produce a return above savings accounts and bonds so I kept the old policies and surrendered some of the newer ones still in the fee period to cut my losses and free up cash flow for REI.

Are they taking a cut of the increase in sales price or are they just marking up their renovation services and charging for those?
