I have learned many new things about the market – most of which is very good!

I’d love to connect with real estate investors and learn more about your needs and experiences with financing.

I learned a lot from both projects and hope to learn more. 

The best way to learn about how to really invest in real estate is to read books, listen to good podcasts, and pair that with going to in-person meetups so you can see people just like you, married with 3 kids, who are making it work for them.

But you do have to put some language in your lease  agreement or lease addendum that deals specifically with issues that will come up for the fireplace.  

I did not do a separate criminal background check as I trusted the info from Zillow (Big lesson learned never to trust the Zillow data again in life).

Learning from agents commonly working with investors is your next opportunity to find a mentor.To be honest, I wouldn't try to find a mentor from random investors on the internet.
