Hi thereI don't own any properties yet but I have been looking into jersey shore rental homes. 

I hope I will learn a lot here and meet new people/friends.As a recent transplant to Southern California, from New Jersey, I work in the IT industry currently and am doing some (really basic) real estate investing on the side.

Here in Jersey I can only find lenders that finance with 30% down for commercial or mixed use.

The reason I am making a second introduction is because after listening to over 25 hours of the PodCasts, I am understanding a little more about why I'm here in the first place and think it's best to find people to connect with based upon my new outlook.I'd like to start off by saying I'm a contractor by trade licensed in both New York including Suffoulk County, and New Jersey.  

Hey, I am a new investor in New Jersey, I am hoping to meet a mentor who performs fix and flips throughout the tri state area (mostly nj though). 

., Maryland, Texas, Georgia and Connecticut, although a combined total of 28% of all delinquent homeowners are located in only 3 states – New York, New Jersey and Florida.

Does anyone know where I can browse and look at listings for duplexs and multi family homes, in the South Jersey and Philly area? 

We are both from New Jersey, but now we are split up and he is in New Jersey and I am in North Carolina.

Neil,I don't invest in New Jersey but I know for a fact that there is nowhere in the states that you can just go in and kick tenants out even if they have not paid rent.

Have any of my fellow New Jersey-ians been investing in apartment complexes?
