Do you recommend I buy a house in my government name and then transfer the title to my business or just buy in my business name from the jump ?

I have a lawyer friend that specializes in EB-5 investment she works for a international real estate developer.

So if you think you can fly under the radar by not transferring the deed, then how do you get insurance in your name?

@John McGuire, while this is ultimately a question for both an attorney (are you actually creating any real protection by holding in an LLC) and a thorough review of your actual mortgage agreement regarding transfer of ownership, I will say two things:Typically, services don't care if you transfer ownership with your mortgage.  

When you sell the house the buyers financing or cash deal will cover your debts via title transfer

I have a 4 bed/4 bath unit in a college town that is in a complex that is popular with international students.
