Something I’ve thought about for some time, but without action...you know....I’ve been studying and researching for a little over a year now, but making connections is my growth area so that I can form a good community to learn and work with.Whats the best thread/article you’ve come across on:- finding the first deal/learning with others executing a deal- creating a successful team (contractors, inspectors, real estate lawyers, etc.)- analyzing deals (preferably comparing 2 or more deals)There are so many threads here, so maybe this can help me get to some specific links or info a bit faster.

I didn't hire professional inspectors in my deal, but only brought over my regular repair guys to help inspect (structural, roofing, etc)as for management software, I use easy self storage too and I agree with comments above that it's a good fit for small/medium facility given consideration of their cost vs. value. some others like sitelink and storEdge have quite more cool features but you pay for that premium. another factor for me to go with easy self storage is the competitive rate from merchant account provider they partners with that you use for your website's credit card processing. their call center feature is very nice to have additionif you need that.

Sounds like you might be in too deep, but maybe it's not quite time to throw in the towel just yet.You hired your inspector to tell you everything about the property - and just keep in mind that the inspection report is going to look like a total bloodbath.

From your recommendations on PM, contractors, banks, inspectors...etc...people will see that you know the area, recommend good, solid and reputable companies and will keep coming back to you to purchase the property from you.

I would set up for a contractor to do a scope of work with you or at least have an inspector walk the property.

Something to watch out for if you get flagged by inspectors.
