From what I have read here most of us are proud of what has been accomplished without a formal education, and you should be! 

I do not have any formal training just history in the industry and construction. 

I have been lurking for a while and now formally joined the site as I am looking to shift some retirement funds around out of the market  I have learned alot reading through the posts and listening to audiobooks  With my limited knowledge i am thinking buy and hold near me so I can drive by it but really being passive  looking forward to the journey!

Primarily client wants to quickly negotiate with potential buyers to negotiate informally of what potentially would be accepted as a formal offer or counter. 

There's nothing that says offers have to be formal.

This is not a formal REIA, but it is targeted to our local market with an emphasis on networking.

Just file a formal request for review.

However, either one need only be considered after the tenant makes a formal request for an accommodation and it can be verified the tenant has a qualified disability.

Hi Joseph ~ That sounds like a great idea...I know that there are not a lot of formal REIA meetings or investors' clubs in our area (at least that are public), and it would be great to meet fellow investors.  

@Paul Choate helps with a couple informal ones and there are some formal ones as well.
