I had one hose that had an elementary school at the end of the block--that was the first time I did a lease/option.

We had a tenant install a hose bib on the house exterior and in doing so, drilled through the asbestos siding and they broke a section.

Here's what I'm doing, for whatever it's worth:-Educating myself by drinking from the fire hose (podcasts, articles, forums, books).

Make sure all faucets are closed and pump in 30 PSI through the outside water hose connection.

Either come back down to your number or you need to keep using the new contractor.That'll tell you whether they're hosing you are not. 

I didn't have a decent lease in place, rented to friends and family, got hosed pretty much every way one could think of, but I was 150 miles away from them so I didn't know what's going on at the time.

I made the app because I was tired of people getting hosed by the tv personality gurus coming into my town and basically selling snake oil.

But, for my units where I pay the water bill, I had the hose bibs disconnected.  

Just spray is on with a pump sprayer, wait 10 minutes, and rinse with a garden hose.

To me it looks like @Frank Jiang was shown their filled out form while they were perspective tenants and then he approved them seeing that they had no pets. then when they moved in and he got the official copy of their lease they did, in fact, have a pet. 1. if you do not allow pets let your property manager know immediately and try to stop this before they move in. 2. if they have moved in and taken possession of the property then you might be stuck with them3. either your PM made a huge mistake or he hosed you and maybe he knows these people. no matter the situation though I would definitely call your property manager ASAP and try and straighten this out.
