I know they wanted to tax everyone that sold a home less than 7 years after purchase 25% to eliminate flippers.

Meaning the rents will have to go higher or the property prices will have to go lower to cover this.In Communist Russia housing was a "Right"...and they had no homeless population.

@Javon WilsonThe most challenging part for me was 2014 when I was  almost homeless, with no car, living in a 2 bedroom house with 6 people, baby on the way, still in college with 100k + in student loan debt. 

When I listed one of the homes for rent on Zillow, I received an inquiry from a local non-profit looking to house homeless people.

My concern is renting rooms via permanent supportive housing for homeless as well as co-living facilities for mellinials students and etc.My question is regarding maximum occupancy laws governing the city of Los Angeles.
